Some useful information.

Weak oration, which is distracting. Exercises are similar to poorly led meditations. There is some useful information delivered. Perhaps worth a listen, but only after you’ve tried other authors such as Robert Monroe and Thomas Campbell.

It works

I have been trying to astral project for 6 years. I used allot of YouTube videos but non were effective. I have listened to him for about a month now and nit consist but have had 4 experience already. each gets better as I go. I love the exercises and the affirmations chapter. it is worth it.

Good Encouragement for Spiritual Evolution

Overall I like William Buhlman's approach to both learning how to have an out of body experience as well as his spiritually purposeful use of the experiences. His descriptions of the experiences mirror some of my own quite well, except my experiences are much more basic. I'm not a complete fan of how he leads us through the OBE experiences being completely unlimited and all powerful. Although that's where we may be headed as souls, my experience is that it takes some personal (spiritual) growth to get there and not just a command. But, overall the directions are beneficial and lead us in the right direction and so I recommend this and other books by William Buhlman for pursuing OBE's.

I have listened to this multiple times, shared it with family and friends. It will be very interesting to finally achieve OBE and meet with family members on the other side and compare notes when back.

A must read if you are a seeker of TRUTH.

Buhlmans teachings are easy to follow and understand. Release any fear or doubt and jump. We already do this unconsciously when we go to sleep at night. Buhlman teaches you how to do it consciously so you can remember what you see.

I haven’t had any OOBE yet but I sleep better and remember more of my dreams.

Excellent book

I really enjoyed everything about this audio book. I loved the author/narrators calm voice and way of explaining things. I have read many books on spirituality and spiritual practices and this was one of my favorites.

I bought a few other OBE / astral travel books before. Some had religious tones, required you to believe into things. I want to KNOW, not just believe. Others had incomplete guidance.

Author has done a very good job with this audiobook. I give 5 stars.

This book has different chapters dedicated to different techniques. Usually, one technique would resonate with listener's being. Author himself suggests listening through the whole book, and select the technique you feel most comfortable with. But it is not possible to separate one technique with this audiobook. This is the only gripe I have.

CONS:
I cannot take out one chapter and play it just once. If I fall asleep during the guided meditation (which you are supposed to do), the recording will continue to play through all chapters, or else loop in the same chapter over and over again.

Perfect Book For Those Pursuing an OBE

This book was amazing and is a must "hear" for those who have either had a spontaneous OBE and want to know more about it or those attempting to have an OBE for the first time. This book will get you on your way to understanding what the Out of Body Experience is all about and goes through several techniques and methods of initiating the OBE. The author is the narrator, which I personally love. He knows his material and is able to express personal experiences and stories in a way a regular narrator would not be able to. This is his book and his experiences and I feel we are lucky to have the opportunity to share them.
