Effective skills for being a better communicator in life - who doesn't want that? Narrater Oliver Hunt was solid, good voice and very good audio quality.

I loved all of the book but in particular I was very fond of all the case studies, showing how to behave and what to say in so many situations. I have been trying out a lot of what I learnt and 99% of it has been very effective

Fresh. A good charisma guide.

A fresh and modern take on communication skills...more than that, it is a good overall guide to social skills with more confidence. I LOVED the bits about charisma.
