This was a lovely book. My second from this author. The narrator is incredible and truly brings the story to life. There’s a tough event that happens to one of the MC’s. But with her partners love & support she perseveres. Wish there was a sequel as it ends rather quickly.

Touching, sweet story

While somewhat predictable, I wasn’t bored. The characters are like-able enough, but the author does rely on superlatives too much. It is always “the MOST beautiful stare” or the “absolutely most intense feeling ever.”

But there’s the accent from Down-under, and it makes everything okay. :-)

Realistic story of fighters and survivors (alcohol, cancer), who managed to keep their hearts warm and respect straggles of others.
Pure and flowing language, engaging romance and a happy ending.
All you need in a romance book to keep you company through winter evening or two.
Loved author. Will keep on researching her.
