All hail the new Dragon Queen of Frost!

Having just dealt with the pesky Dragon of Frost, Arc declares herself the new ruler of the dragons to snuff all her problems at the core and seek the entrance to the Forgotten Places, the place where the corruption resides, all to grow stronger.

Except, her position as a ruler isn't as stable as it first seems, after all, dragons are solitary beings that rule themselves, apex predators of old that hardly see change—from the Dragon of Water having his own schemes over Draliz to the Dragon of Wind refusing to acknowledge her as the new dragon ruler.

And that isn't the end of the problems, the Hero of Flames appears with his own designs, threatening something she holds precious. Other heroes make their move, some with force, and some with more subtle means, but they all desire the same thing:

To rule over Draliz—the country Arc wants and calls home.

With so many people vying over the position of ruler of Draliz, and Arc at the center of it all, she is given two choices:

Run and save herself from this mess or fight.

And Arc has already made her choice.

Fight for the new life she has built.

Join Arc as she explores the world of Arlas, a place dominated by the same system that summoned her in the first place, a world with classes, levels, and magic. Watch her explore the world and take on terrifying foes with her ice abilities that can freeze anything. This isekai series features a badass overpowered main character and intriguing worldbuilding. Arc's story has great character moments and exciting and satisfying battles with monsters and other heroes alike. Join her as she adventures in the world of Arlas, enjoying the battles that come her way.

Ngl you probably write better than that Lewis person. Your description is really good and just the story is entertaining.

How is V.A Lewis your mentor?

I liked the book and continuation of arc beating everything up but can get annoying how ignorant she is of the world she’s in also that ending was kinda dumb

Op protagonist back at it again

Pretty good listen, the beginning of the book still shared some of the problems with the first installment but overall it was a good listen. A fairly linear and somewhat predictable story with an op protagonist that can’t be bothered to think past what she’s going to eat. Placed in an insane world where people threatening each other is commonplace. This just so happens to be the perfect world for the MC as she terrorizes anyone in her way because of her long past parent issues.
(Spoiler) However she does at least grow somewhat of a conscience near the end. I genuinely can’t tell you if it’s great or bad writing that allowed me to yell “WHY” at the MCs choices throughout both books. There’s emotionally unstable and then there’s “if I have no brain then I can’t feet”. The main draw to the book is still the world and the systems.

Despite all that I still think it was a good listen because I asked “why tho” less than in the first book, also there are some nice plot payoffs. Still don’t like the VAs low voice when voicing some characters.

Direct improvement to the first book. If you enjoy the world of Book 1 then listen…

I like the story it's fun like an action packed slice of life and definitely better than the first book, but when every internal monologue is I don't understand, it's didn't make sense, why I'm so strong. it gets a bit repetitive.

every internal monologue is the same
