Resumen del Editor

Food isn’t the enemy in your battle to lose weight. You don’t need another diet...you need your food to work for you rather than against you. If you’ve been let down with quick fixes and fad diets that promise weight loss, better nutrition, and a healthier life - with no results - this audiobook is for you.

Join somatic therapist and holistic educator Todd Nyholm as he helps you discover how to reprogram your perception of food, nutrition, and most importantly, yourself. Understand the 14 mental and emotional steps to create a relationship with food that works for you. Todd will change your outlook on food and teach:

  • Methods to immediately change negative unconscious beliefs about food by diving deep into your thought process.
  • The formula that moves your metabolism from slow to burn through an exercise strategy built for your unique body.
  • Secrets to creating a positive self-perception that will actually increase your mental and physical strength.

When it comes to food and diet, one size doesn’t fit all. If you’re ready to find the foods, thoughts, and behaviors that work best for your health - inside and out - Ah, Food, Why Do You Trouble Me so Much? is a must-hear.

Easy to Understand and Apply

This book presents easy to understand concepts that are even easier to apply to realize change in your life. I listened to the audiobook—the author narrates it in a calm, pleasant tone—in two sessions, and after the first session, I began applying it. I’m excited to share with my wife next. Would recommend.

WOW!! A New Perspective on Food!

This book is tremendous! I keep re-writing this review as I just don't feel like it accurately expresses the value I've found in this book. Mr. Nyholm brings a new perspective to my relationship with food. I can't believe how dramatically it has already impacted the way I choose what I decide to eat and that's with just one of the principles from his book. This is like a user's manual for food...except the focus is on your perspective, not on the food itself. It seems this book can be applied to almost any diet. I have a couple books in my library that I refer back to and use as a resource often. This will be one of those. I can't recommend this book strongly enough.
