holy cow

not normally a fan of zombie stories. this is a fantastic story. I could do without some of the gore and I have to fast forward through some of it. the humor is outstanding and very realistic I enjoyed the other crap out of this book. if you like a good story that is well told regardless of the subject matter, this one is for you. the reader needs to work on some pronunciation issues but other than that he does a great job.

Funny post apocalyptic book.

I love the humor and the writing in this book. The narrator is a little boring for me but does a decent job. I like books that mix humor Is in with science fiction et cetera.

Fresh author... Lost me a bit about why vokko wasnt in the statium with Jackson... Other then that it's good book

Fantastic series

The only negative I can give it is that it didn't last long enough. I was disappointed that the story ended and I can't wait for the 3rd book. There were a couple of things that made me snicker, And a couple of things that made me a little nauseous, but all in all a fantastic read.

I was oh so disappointed that I didn't win the powerball jackpot last night so I could build a Bunker.

Holy Moly, what a ride!!

I loved part 1 and part 2 DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I love the characters in this book, their backgrounds and who they have become because of what they have been through. And, boy do they go through a lot. The writing is so real for me (as real as fiction can be), that I actually believe in who they could be. Even the kids are believable. I wouldn't want to go through a zombie apocolypse, but, if I have to go through something like this, I hope I am able to find people like them!
I listened to the audiobook version of this book and let me tell you Matthew Crow is THE narrator. This man knows how to tell a story. Each character comes to life through him and his voice. The timber of his voice is perfect in everything I have heard him do and I look forward to the next installment of this story and more from Matthew himself!

Together they make the story so enjoyable! It’s a good book to listen to and forget your day.
