Three months have passed since Chris helped save what remained of Pine Lake.

He has finally been forced to face a problem that has hounded him since he began his nomadic lifestyle in the face of this new apocalypse: He has found a place that he wants to call home, but his intense wanderlust is driving him insane. Acting on a suggestion from the women in his life, he decides to try a compromise and has set out to wander for an extended period of time, then come home.

Chris has been out there in the wilderness for a month now and in total isolation for the past week. This is my favorite Misty vixen series. I like the genre a lot but this one is really good, I find it believable and relatable.

I absolutely love the storyline, I have been hooked since the very first audible! cheers for another amazing job from Katana Jones and Gabriel Michael. I love how well the two of you work together to bring the story to life!

Misty Vixen Does it Again and Again and Again

oh heck yes! this was another great installment of this series. Started off a little strange form where the last one left off but we get caught up quickly. love the new characters and the previous ones. This is an amazing series

I would give the narrator 10 stars if I could

I had absolutely no idea what I was missing in my life until I heard the sections voiced by Katana Jones. Seriously, their voice can only be described as "the voice of 1000 horny dreams made real," which for a book focused on the continued life of a man after the world goes dark living a harem dream is just perfect.

Not to spoil to much of the plot, but simply put, the world has gotten cold (think arctic), most people are dead, and the survivors are scattered, but forming into clumps. The MC having already saved several and brought them to a community just needs to have some time to themself, and as a result heads back out into the world. Some new friends and met, some not friends are met, "plot" happens.

As always with a Misty Vixen book, the adult plot is very well written, and with the chosen voice actor... yeah, its good. My only reason for not giving this a 5 across the board review is that sometimes the plot feels a little forced, but nothing that was TOO disjointed.

Its Time....

I've listened to this series from book one until now, and I must say as much as I thoroughly enjoy Misty Vixen books.....its time this series was put to bed. While this may have just been a filler book for the series, it just felt hollow. There was no story progression or story interest for a reader/listener to latch on to. It's still good book for the interactions between the MC and the many women in his life, but the story needs more than just those interactions.

Gabriel Michael and Katana Jones are great and give a great performance as always.

so Chris continues his life, living and confronting issues that have arrived in his nomadic life. If you enjoyed the prior books, you'll enjoy this one. it continues the story and keeps you wanting more.
