Must read!

This book had everything I love! It was beautifully written, with minimal (almost none) repetitive internal dialogue and no unnecessary filler. The character development was absolutely top-tier, and the pacing was nothing short of perfection.

This book is fire

I love this book, just when I thought the book was done it got even better. The story leave you on the edge of your seat the whole time. I love the chemistry between the two main characters. I can’t wait for book 2

Holy cow! Insanely good read

Loved the whole thing. There was some background noise i kept hearing through a couple of chapters but other than that it was perfect

MC is too Boy Crazy

The story grabbed me and I couldn’t stop. But the near constant description of kisses really made me cringe. Like the MC is completely debilitated by the way dude kissed her. Weird behavior.

Wow wow wow!! What a book! What a journey! Just wow! No words! A tale of self-discovery, love & intrigue! Superb writing & storytelling! Could not put this book down! Devastated that it ended but so looking forward to Book 3! Its SO good!...and the Narrator...OUTSTANDING!!!She felt every word & emotes every feeling to you! If I could I would give the Narrator 6 stars! Highly recommend!

So funny!

I ADORED reading this book! The romance is so sweet, if slightly predictable. I fell in love with the characters and can’t wait for book 2.

Plot

This is one of the best books I have read in a while. The story definitely was a journey a little bit repetitive that completely incredible story telling.

Fantastic Romantasy!

Sariah Wilson writes such wonderful romcoms, so I was intrigued and not sure what to expect when I found out she was writing a romantasy series.

All I can say is, WOW! I am so glad she is venturing into this genre because she knocked it out of the park. This book was amazing—as in I couldn’t put it down, and I may be slightly obsessed with it! Absolutely loved it!

From the opening chapter I was hooked. It’s exciting, engaging, and creative storytelling. The world building was so well done, the character development is excellent, and the plot and pacing are fantastic. It’s just a really fun and entertaining read.

I loved the fated mates/forbidden romance aspect of the story. There’s nothing too graphic about it, but it’s more than what her romcoms have contained. The chemistry and sizzle between the MCs was palpable and had me swooning! I can’t wait to see where this relationship goes in the next book.

There are some pretty intense scenes that had me on the edge of my seat, and there’s a couple of jaw-dropping twists at the very end that I didn’t see coming. It’s definitely got a cliffhanger ending, and I seriously cannot wait for book 2.

Narration— I thought the narrator was outstanding! She brought the story to life and did a great job with the various characters,

slump no more!

This totally pulled me out of my slump! I'm writing this review super fast so I can start the next book.

Loved it!

I enjoyed everything about this book. The characters, the plot, and the environment in the world in which it took place. The surprise at the end with Jason I began to be suspicious of prior. But the reaction of her and him were not what I expected. And the prisoner was also a surprise. I can’t wait for the next book! The narration was also excellent!
