Love this series!!

I have loved both books. So real, so well written and narrated! Would love to hear more about some of the characters! Why didn’t she tell Benedict about Daphne and Sebastian’s tussle?? I thought that was outstanding!!

Sigh… so perfect

This marriage of convenience is my most favorite. I also love a good sunshine and grump. But with this one, the h isn’t your typical sunshine. I enjoy everything about this book. This narration does it Justice. Alice Coldbreath is the master of character building. The beginning might feel a little slow, but hang in there. It’s completely worth it.

Another wonderful love story

I really enjoyed lost to this book, book 1 was good, this 2nd book is great, I’m looking forward to book 3. If you’re a prude, and feel uncomfortable with hot love scenes, you probably should not get this Prize fighter series.

I adore this steamy series

I absolutely love Alice Coldbreath's writing. Her stories have real plots and drama that keep me interested until the very end! The love scenes are always so passionate and, generally, very realistic portrayals of women's pleasure (though perhaps less so in this particular book :-/ ). Good read and will definitely continue the series at some point.

Novelty

It's nice to see historical romance that's not about the nobility. This novel shows the reality of the few options available for women and the unfair working conditions of the time. The love story features a slow-growing affection based on mutual respect, and the attraction grows throughout the story.

I love this story. and Carmen Rose was perfect. I hope Ms. Rose is now Alice Coldbreath 's narrator.
