This is a high octane, action packed dystopian thriller with a great plot to go with it.

I’ll be honest, when I first seen this author post on TikTok I didn’t know what to think. I said what the heck and gave it a chance. SO GLAD I DID. Great story that picked up right off from book 1. This was a great addition to the story! Really hoping for a book 3! 5/5

Excellent action and emotional scenes.

Loved the roller coaster ride of this book. Very exciting and a great new take on the zombie genre.

I couldnt stop after book 1

I had to come into book two the story is that dang good! awesome writing and the narration LET ME TELL YOU fantastic!

Let me preface this by stating that I am a die hard fan of the zombie genre. This series is one I wasn't to sure about after only reading the synopsis of book one. Well, let me tell you something, Wrack and Ruin is amazing! Simply put, these books are some of the best I have read in the genre, hands down. I wasn't sure if the author could beat book one, it was so good! However, as the title states, Mr Schafer has done it again. Gripping action, fantastic character development and great pacing all have fused together to form this amazing amalgamation of a novel. Hats off to you Otto Schafer. you have earned a life long reader.
