Another display of Gods hand & love

I will never forget what I learned about history and perspective from this series. what an amazing God we serve! if we could all tell our testimony we would just see how truly blessed and thankful we all ought to be at all times. Through the darkest valley He is there and oh what a blessing it is when you rediscover light on your once dark past. Oh that we may all taste and see that He is good & through salvation you can be made new- restored!

First Christan Book to have my full attention

This was one of the best books I've read/listen and the Christian historical and real aspect of it was great. Held my attention from the first chapter. I will be downing more books by this author. The narrator didn't have a southern accent but because of her talent that was overlooked.

Excellent

This is my first review after listening to audiobooks for over 15 years. A Light to My Path is my all time favorite.

loved it

The narrator did a wonderful job! I thoroughly enjoyed the book. Loved the gentle reminders of God's grace.

I wanted MORE!

Absolutely the BEST book in the series! It was heartbreaking, breathtakingly beautiful, infuriating, and it left me wanting justice! However, the author and the narrator showed God's grace, blessings, and mercy at every turn! Phenomenal read! I found myself watching the timer to see how close I was to the next BIG event!

It breaks my heart to know humans treated other humans like this and thought the way they did! The author did a fantastic job of bringing such evil to light, but lovingly outcast that darkness with God's love!

The narrator made every character so real...I even began to grit my teeth when Missy Claire spoke.....

What was one of the most memorable moments of A Light to My Path?

All the reference each character made to the Lord was so applicable to the situation. Without giving anything away was when Anna finally realized her worth and Grady's heart offered forgiveness.

Both but was mostly thought provoking

Excellent book. Was an eye opener to all the troubles in that era. Different listening to the story. It was brought to life by the narrator.
Will look for other books by Lynn Austin.
