Charming

Fascinating start to Hal and Minnie's relationship. Very colorful lives they have. Loved the story.

Another good read by Gabaldon

I’ve read all of Diana Gabaldon’s books and some twice. I enjoyed this one about Hal’s life before Jamie Frazier. No reason this one can’t be a TV mini series too!

The stories expand the Outlander Universe

This is a good story about Hal and Minnie. It brings more characters to life.

liked it. filled in some gaps in the main Outlander books. I read them all.

Loved the Background Info

While parts of the story were mildly slow I still give it 5 stars because I enjoyed the anticipation of the relationship and also because it gives light to some of the characters in the later books. I would definitely include this in future rereads!
