Can’t fall asleep then try this once
Try this once and you’ll be back another night. Each time I turn it on, the next thing I remember is waking up. Before it’s over I’m dead asleep, it’s the best thing I’ve learned lately is using meditation and it really does work, and help us in every way. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Narrators Voice is Perfect!
There's something about her voice and accent that clicked with me right away! I thought to myself, she MUST be a hynotherapist because she is really THAT good. Deepest meditation ever...wow! What an experience! I'll be listening to this audio over and over again AND seeking more with her voice.

The beach is my happy place. I love the sound of ocean waves. This was perfect for me. The meditation was nice and short and left me totally relaxed. Love this one!
