Such a blessing

I had no idea what to expect when I purchased this audio, I had just finished the 40 day sugar fast which was an amazing detoxifying journey. Since I was already in the discipline mindset. I decided to jump right into the 40 day social media fast right after ending the sugar fast, I gave myself a 10 day grace period to focus on something else, then I jumped in, it was an eye opener to so many areas of my life.
