It is very difficult to find books about weight loss that also tie in your faith in God. I really liked how well this book was written, and I have listened to it twice. Her narration is a little choppy, but I enjoy being able to listen to the actual voice of the person who wrote the book , so for that I was able to tolerate some of the choppiness. I have already recommended it to several of my friends who are trying to lose weight lots of common sense.

Amber articulates so much of our struggle to fight against the addiction of food and the reasons why it has become so hard. She captures different struggles, perspectives and situations and equips the reader with helpful tools and tips on how to proceed well. My tool kit so full and I truly see my healthiest self coming alive after reading it.

The Christian Biblical perspective is more effective for over eating than similar books that are psychology based. I loved the narration. Overall great book. I will implement the exercises and prayers.
