This was such a wild ride, holy crap! I didn't expect to be sucked in so quickly or for this to be as dark and twisted. I need to read or listen to the next book ASAP! Ayden, you are marvelous, babe!

I absolutely loved the book so I had to listen to it when it came out. Autumn Ivy and Corvin King do not disappoint, they did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend this book and the audio. Sorry I dont give spoilers lol

I was intrigued straight from the prologue... then how it leads right into meeting the FMC Skylar and her best friend Nicole, seems very relatable right away with the plan to go to a music festival together in hopes of having a good time.. then Skylar, in a hazy mindset, gets kidnapped, and we go down a dark hole at that point. I loved getting a little more backstory on Alex "The Killer" which answered a little of why he was the way he was. This book was definitely dark and taboo (check the triggers) but for such a short book it immediately grabbed my attention from start to finish. I was constantly on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next...and then the end leaves you on a cliff!! so of course I can't wait to go dive into the next book and see how much more the story evolves 🖤 The narrators Corvin and Autumn did an AMAZING job with this one, I really felt like they brought both characters to life and made the story that much more engaging!!
