Most of us weren’t taught how to engage in sex, pre, during and post. This book gave me a different understanding and appreciation for my genitalia, sexuality and expression.

This book has already changed my love life forever. And bonus: Adam Bauer has a wonderful voice. Usually Audible makes terrible choices in selecting voice actors for spiritual books. But this was produced by Inner Traditions NOT Audible, so the choice of voice actor is amazing and actually enhances the experience.
I will listen to this again as soon as I finish listening to all of Diana Richardson’s other audio books.

I think this book is the beginning of a very interesting journey for me, no thanks to the monotone and creepy narrator. I'll get the physical book and hope that I don't hear his voice in my head as I read it...

Good book, but terrible narrator

Strip the negativity, judgement and focus on the "wrong way" to approach sex and this book becomes a 2-hr or less read.
If someone is truly offering a better way to enjoy and connect through sex all they have to do is describe it and it would be tried and accepted, no need to trounce another way, certainly no need to spend over half the book on it.
if you want the core positive message without having to wade through the negativity, it's slow down and enjoy simple touch and being together, you're not responsible for making anything happen and it's not the goal.

If you enjoy spiritual bypass, you will love it

This book is trash. Unless you’re a man with erectile dysfunction there is nothing useful here. It’s a verbose way to say meditate in sex. Which is cool, nothing wrong with that. The authors look down upon anything for which they can no longer do. They preach sex without passion and excitement. This is the most boring version of tantric sex I have come across. If you have a sub four incher or can’t get it up this is for you.

Started off ok, then veered into some seriously fuckd up lines of thinking. I don't have the energy to go over why this was intensely outside the scope of what it could have been. Go learn about the feminine body arousal process, learn how to be present with pleasure without hyperfixation on ejaculation or penis in vagina, and actively participate in cultivating connection by becoming knowledgeable. This book has some strong "I want to be uwu daddy and hold my feminine partner responsible for ejaculations response by not allowing them to have heightened pleasure either" vibes.
