I have been an avid fan of Mary Balogh's books since I first began to read REGENCY ROMANCE in the 1990's. This series is; in my opinion; one of her best.

I love the SURVIVOR series.

He is blind and rich. She is poor and quiet. He is almost trapped into marriage by her cousin but she intercedes. She is thrown out of her cousin's household. He decides he must marry her as she has no one.
Their journey to love is sweet. This is a gentle story.

I have both the kindle version of The Arrangement and the Audio version. I didn’t miss a word in either version. The story is beautiful the characters enduring. Rosalyn Landor is a gifted reader.

I enjoyed the soothing, healing, loving flow of this story.
Both main characters are a good match and the story of their relationship is pleasant. There is sweetness and a sense of peace when listening to Mary Balogh's stories and I have enjoyed this series so far " The survivors' club".
The narrator was excellent.

Not entirely predictable, characters are unique, light on the physical aspect. Nevertheless I really got to like these two, and enjoyed having previous members of the Survivors Club in the mix (read The Proposal first).

Love a good Cinderella story

The proposal, The escape, and Only a kiss could have ruined the series for me. I found this series very enjoyable, but probably would have given up before I started if they hadn't been free with my membership at the time I listened. The three books mentioned had very shallow charaters who became so lovable, I wish for a believable character. We all have our struggles but there were too many gaps in the personalities.
This book was sweet, believable and made me laugh on numberous occations. A beautiful story of defeating struggles and finding love
