The story was good on its own but these two narrators really brought the whole thing to life!! I will definitely be seeking out more of their work!

I was looking forward to this as an audio version for such a long (short) time and it did not disappoint! The narrators bring this story to life. I was shocked with the FMC, because I tend to be picky with female narrators, but she did fantastic bringing Scarlett to life. For both of these narrators being "amature" they really put all of their emotion into the multuple POVs on this release! This book is the tip of the iceberg berg for this trilogy. (It of course ends on a cliff hanger) Banter, spice and everything nice. Enjoy your dessert!

This book had my attention from the very first moment and never let go. The story unfolds with a slow, intoxicating rhythm that feels both intimate and immersive, pulling you effortlessly into every scene. What truly elevates it, though, is the narration. The narrators were phenomenal, rich inflection, perfectly timed pauses, and genuine emotional depth that made every word feel intentional and alive. The subtle shifts in tone conveyed longing, tension, and vulnerability in a way that felt natural rather than forced. It wasn’t just listening to a story; it felt like experiencing it. Absolutely captivating from start to finish! A must read.
