oooh my goodness gracious talk about a freaky young woman who knows how to just be in the moment and goes where it takes her when it comes to her boys. I love how she fights to protect her sister and stand up for herself and those she loves

The 2nd book was just as good as the first. Great characters, dark moments & choices. Six broken souls fighting together against their enemies. one unit.
Well written. I can't wait to start book 3.

I love the characters in this series. It is also an original story line, which is difficult to find in this genre.

I have read all of C.M. Stunich works, and find that she often allows her work to enter into what society would consider "taboo". Her freedom to enter this relm, while building an indepth world and characters, is why she is one of my favorite authors.

Listening to the multiple narrators, made for a delightful experience... (With the exception of Hales voice, he came off a bit too cartoonish. (Is Cartoonish a word? Regardless, I stand by my description)

If you are looking for a series to sink your teeth into, you will not be disappointed. I know that the last two books are not on audible yet, but they are on kindle.. so don't let that stop you

I am obsessed with this series so far! The author excels at making you really feel for these characters and the situations they go through. I haven't felt this much from a series in years. 😭 You'll laugh, cry, get chills, and root harder than you've ever rooted for someone! Read it for sure!

Amazing, heart wrenching, and flawless

For a bunch of guys from a small town in Oregon, these guys sound a lot like gangsters from Brooklyn. And Yogi Bear. It totally take away from the story. Otherwise, it’s okay. The female voice messes up phrasing and stuff a lot, but she’s fine. The story itself is fine.

The first time I read this series was in 2020 and now I'm listening to them on Audible.
I'm still a bit iffy on the narration, mostly it's the voices of Hael and Oscar that get me.

I'm loving this series. It is very over the top and not at all realistic, but that is part of the reason I love it. I like that we get some of the guys pov's in this one with past and present. It helps you understand the story a little more.
This one has a LOT more spicy scenes in it with several of the guys, plus a lot more blood and violence. I wouldn't really say this one is a bully trope, more of a revenge plot with mentions of past bullying.

This is my first time reading anything from this author and I have to say I loved this series.

with that said the only thing I really don't like is the fact there are only 2 books of the 5 book series on here. being someone who has a hard time reading and understanding books so I listen to them on here ... I really hope this series will fully put on this app so I can buy them and listen to the entire series at once .

but if you don't have the same issues as I do with reading then I would say read this series . the first two books are on here and on Kindle the ENTIRE SERIES ALL 5 BOOKS ARE ON THERE .. worth the read for sure.
