Hi, listeners!

I’m back from sabbatical (my school work has been sufficiently wrangled!), and what a weird world I’ve returned to. I was in the office for just four days before we converted to working from home, and I’ve been incredibly grateful to Audible for their leadership and support during this time. Despite the craziness of being home with two kids, I’m thankful to still be working and sharing my love of books with you all.
I’m really proud of the work my colleagues did in launching Stories. While schools are closed, kids everywhere can instantly stream an incredible collection of stories, including titles across six different languages. There are some great YA listens in the collection, including the Audible Original The Mystery of Alice, and we just recently added Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone performed by Stephen Fry. I’ve always been a big fan of Jim Dale’s performance, but I can’t wait to hear it in a different voice.
I hope wherever you are that you’re healthy and able to find joy in small moments.
