Tonny Brown grew up in Midland, Texas. He is the youngest of four sons (they have a younger sister) Katrina, born to Curtis and Ruby Brown. Tonny, along with two of his older brothers, Keith and Terrance had the opportunity to appear on the reality show “Treasure Hunters,” which aired on NBC. Since then Tonny, his brothers, and writing partner, Bobby Blakey, have been busy with Cloudstreet Entertainment, a company formed after the show that involves mostly writing scripts for submission for movies and Television. However, he never abandoned his first love, which was books. "When I write," Says Tonny, "It's like I see these things in my mind; I just watch and report what I see." My words are the colors I use to paint upon the literary canvass of my readers mind. There is storytelling material everywhere and a story that resides in us all. That is why adults love my books as well. They can relate and say, 'yea, I remember feeling like that...yea, I really do. That is when they realize that my stories are their stories too; there is a moral, a characters chance at goodness in all of my books. I never know what they are going to do until the book is finished. Sometimes I am as surprised as my readers at the way some things turn out." Tonny lives in Garland, Texas, with his wife, Terri, and three dogs, Missy, Hannah, and Ebby. He continues to write children’s books and intends to write at least seven adventures for Jack and Sidney.
