Thomas Carroll was born in Ireland in 1967. He holds degrees in agriculture and business. In 1993 he traveled to Kenya where he lived and worked for fifteen years pursing a keen interest in beekeeping. While in Kenya he consulted for various international donor agencies throughout the African continent. In 2012 he completed his PhD studies at University College Dublin and published a book on his personal experience of the PhD process. Thomas is a certified hypnotherapist and life coach and has a passion for personal development. He is married with three children and currently lives in Ireland.
