I am a former pastor and missionary. I lived in Zambia for three years where I oversaw property development for my denomination. When I wrote, A Mother's Heart Moved the Hand of God, it was very helpful in healing some pretty deep wounds. Writing can be joyous at times and horrendously difficult at other times. I believe that as long as I can write the space between my ears will be useful. My style is pretty plain and at times in your face, or blunt. I want readers to question and wrestle with their beliefs and become stronger in the struggle. My novel, Encounter at River's Edge is the story of mankind. Every person faces trauma and tragedy in their life. Al, the main character, searches for meaning and his purpose. He finds his divine purpose at The River's Edge diner.
