Hi, After nine years serving with the Royal Air Force Roy E. Stolworthy worked in the Middle East for a further five years. After various jobs retiring to a life of boredom interrupted by the odd round of golf, he slapped the dust from his pants, emptied the sand from his boots and sat down to write a book. His first book, 'Coming Home' the story of a 15 year-old sniper in WW1 was shortlisted to the final 140 of 24,000 entries of the London Brit writers awards 2010. Trad/pubbed, it is available in all UK LIBRARIES on Audio, paperback, and audio. Turning his hand to self/pub he produced seven further books of various genres with reasonable success. His latest story is titled 'How Long is a Mouses Tail' Set in southern England. it tells the story of a man returning to his village after serving a twenty-year stretch in prison accused of murdering his wayward wife. Met with hostility he sinks into a deep deep depression. Then things begin to change and he contacts the criminals he served time with to gain revenge on those intent on making his life a misery. This a good read and I enjoyed writing the story. I hope you will enjoy the story too. Thank you for reading this author page. Take care and happy reading.
