Richard J. Holeman is a clinical psychologist who works in several private practices in Canada and the United States. He is also a highly valued consultant in many institutional settings. Holeman has considerable experience in the evaluation, formulation and treatment of complex cases in a wide range of institutional and community contexts, with particular attention to personality disorder. Holeman has also gained clinical experience working with people with various mental health problems, including psychosis, depression and suicidality, anger, social and generalized anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder. Since 1990, Holeman has been providing clinical service to violent and sexual offenders since 1990, working in mental health, correctional and community setting. When not engaged in his studies, Holeman participates as a guest in several international conferences, and is constantly updating professionally. He has currently published two books.
