Pete Adams began writing in 1999 with the Science Fiction novel, Déjà vu. In the sequel, The Battle for Earth, he introduced Gardee and Star. Inspired by the characters, he undertook writing the back story of the pair and over three years came up with Children of Secrecy. With six completed novels in the Déjà vu universe, the surface is scratched and Pete hopes to continue as long as you keep reading. Pete has also written a romantic tale, Art is the Soul of a World Where Love is Exponential, if for no other reason than to vie for the longest book title ever. It was also a favor to his wife, Donna, who he lives with in the suburban Boston area. The Hedonist series is another dive into an unknown realm, this time historical fiction. Starting with Nakita, the series chronicles a girl who gave everything she had for the love of her sister and the gift of freedom. And Goddess of War is a great way for him to write about the musical world he experienced a taste of with a couple of the bands he played with in his youth. In his spare time, Pete is either playing drums with any band that’s jamming or writing these or other tales for the pure love of telling the story.
