I have been writing stories and cartooning since I was a child. I graduated from ASU with an Art Ed degree. Following that I got my Master's in Art Ed at ASU. I spent the next 29 years teaching ART in elementary school. I am now retired. I like ballroom dancing, the theater, "pickleball", writing and cartooning, and helping out with animal rescue organizations and organizations which help the homeless like the Phoenix Rescue Mission. I have 2 cats Mr. Pusser Cat and Miss Sissy Cat who inspire my writings. I always envied people who could play guitar and such and who could share their art with their friends and the public whenever they were out and about. Creating my illustrated, musical books has allowed me to do the same. I believe God has given each of us something special that can serve to make the world a better place. I am hoping my Mr. Mittens books will bring people "kittenkaboodles" of fun in the process!
