Mark Lile was born in Alton, Illinois and grew up a short distance from there in Wood River. Being raised in a devout Christian home instilled Christian values in him from a very young age. Over the past thirty years, Mark has taught Bible studies, led men's groups, and facilitated church workshops. Mark developed a love for writing and blogging that led him to author his first book entitled "Leaving a Legacy: Ten Life Lessons I Wish I Had Learned Sooner."
