Magi Gibson is an award winning Scottish poet. She's had five full length collections of poetry published, and her iconic Wild Women of a Certain Age, first published in 2000 is now released in a 21st anniversary edition. She's been a Scottish Arts Council Fellow, a Royal Literary Fund Fellow and Writer in Residence with Glasgow Gallery of Modern Art. She lives in Glasgow and runs Wild Women Writing workshops. As Maggi Gibson she has written the popular SERIOUSLY SASSY series about the headstrong and fun eco-conscious Sassy Wilde and her best friends Cordelia and Taslima. Foreshadowing Greta Thunberg, 13 year old Sassy stages a school walk out to save the local woods and bombards politicians and supermarket chiefs with campaigning letters about plastic and carbon dioxide - often with hilarious effect.
