Lawrence J. Clark Born: Greensboro, North Carolina O'Henry, Hemmingway, Poe, Ian Fleming was very important reading for myself growing up. The book took me ten years to research and write. There were three rewrites before the last one was accepted by myself and the publisher. My family supported me through out the whole process. There is very much sadness, destruction and devastation in wars. Many of us that have been through this rely on humor to help us make it through the day.
