Kirsty was born in Lancashire but moved to South Africa at the age of 9. She now lives in London with her husband, two children and Harry, the third in a series of Labradors. Her first dog, Toby, featured in the ‘Prophecies of Ballitor’ trilogy under the alias 'Tobias'. Kirsty loves reading, swimming, visiting schools, baking, and really good playdates with fun parents. She is never happier than when she has a book on the go. She is the author of 4 children's books: Ben and the Book of Prophecies, Race for the Heir, Meridian Obsidian and The Orb and the Architect.
