Joe Siegler M.D. is a board-certified psychiatrist, executive coach, speaker, and consultant. He is the president and founder of Full Life® based in Chicago (currently in its 16th year). Dr. Siegler is the creator of Spheres® Leadership Coaching and the Achilles® Plan, which provide clients with unique goal-setting methods for attaining optimal individual and organizational goals. He specializes in one-to-one executive coaching. He provides team coaching for partners and groups and provides inspirational keynotes and seminars geared to bringing a wide range of coaching approaches to organizations. He has lectured on a variety of topics, including: Leadership; Productivity; Avoiding Burnout; Stress; Dating; Relationships; Trauma; Happiness; Sports Performance; Body Image; Life Balance; Improving the Workplace; Customer Service; and miscellaneous other customized subjects. Dr. Siegler also provides consulting services upon request. He has been a guest on radio, as well had television appearances on ABC, WGN, and NBC Chicago.
He served as the Chairman for Behavioral Health in Chicago for Humana and Director of Managed Care at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He completed the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholars Program at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where he also served as Senior Fellow at the Wharton School of Business. He was also an undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania, attended George Washington University Medical School, and New York University Medical Center for Psychiatry Residency where he served as Chief Resident.
