James Water was born in Isabella County, Michigan, in 1967. He has been part of a farming family for five generations. His life has always been there, on the family farm, and his happiest memories are when he went with his grandfather on his beautiful red tractor. James is happily married to Mary, and they have four children who collaborate on the family business. His passion is his work, and for some years, he has been passionate about breeding rabbits. From an early age, James became interested in and studied technology applied to agriculture to overcome the climatic difficulties of the area in which he lives and to practice more sustainable agriculture. Over the years, he has participated in numerous humanitarian initiatives in sub-Saharan countries where he has brought his knowledge on water saving.
