Allow me to introduce myself. My given name is Heather Burke and I am a random contributor of this life whilst thriving in Oklahoma, my home state. I am the proud owner of a brood of five half-grown men-lings and am married to a true white knight. My obsessions include being a novice student of self taught mycology, angelology, demonology, theology, and anything I can make with my hands. My guilty pleasures are consuming coffee in large quantities, chomping on dark chocolate, and bringing home books from various successful pillages at the bargain bins. Though I am a terribly slow reader, I rather enjoy propping my feet up and getting lost in book. I can often be found lying in my hammock day dreaming and night time story scheming. My life is rather unaccomplished, yet entirely fulfilling. College degrees, I have not. Just a journal full of ideas, doodles, and inspiration wrapped all around me.
