Gervase (Jervis) is the Professor of Leadership and Organization Development in the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, Canada. He has written over 100 articles, chapters and books on leadership, change, organization development, teams and change agentry. He has won many awards and in 2016 Gervase was added to HR Magazine's (UK) list of the 30 Most Influential Thinkers in people strategy. In 2017 he was ranked 7th.
