Gary Reavis Sr. was born in Eldorado, Kansas in 1938. After retiring from a career in the high-tech industry, Mr. Reavis began writing at age 70. The eldest of five children, growing up in the ‘40s and ‘50s without TV, he used his imagination to entertain his brothers and himself. His wife and he raised five childern, which in turn gave them 12 grandchildren. Mr. Reavis started writing in order to give his grandchildren something to read other than Vampires and Zombies. A short story for his grandkids turned into the Tennessee Tinys series of books. He has written three books in the Tinys series.
