Fern Lebo began her first career as an occupational therapist specializing in psycho-geriatrics. She practiced in Toronto for 20 years before transferring her skills to the corporate arena. As president of FrontRunner Communications, she focused on corporate communications as a vehicle for improving relationships and bottom line results, and became an adjunct professor at Auburn University. She collaborated with leading authorities to study the connection between corporate culture and business performance, and delivered diversity training and skill-building workshops for her Fortune 500 clients across North America. Throughout, she followed her passion for writing and has published 6 books as well as children's poetry for schoolbooks in English-speaking countries around the world. Co-author of THE TALENT REVOLUTION, Fern has chosen not to age out, but rather, to age in to a new career and is deeply involved in speaking, consulting and writing to spread the word about the talent revolution. She tackles ageism in the workplace and elsewhere—not because it's the nice thing to do, but because it's the smart thing to do. A compelling and dynamic presenter, Fern is a sought-after guest speaker at conferences, workshops and retreats.
