Elliot G. Carson is a graduate of George Washington University School of Medicine, where he also attended his undergraduate studies (lauda cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in immunology). He trained at the Columbia University Medical Center in New York during his residency. Here Carson was able to provide superior care and consultation that resulted in an overall improvement of the department’s patient satisfaction quotient. Afterward, he completed a fellowship at UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco, California. Dr. Elliot has been practicing at the Massachusetts General Hospital since 1997, one of the top ten hospitals in the United States. His practice focuses on respiratory illnesses and neurology and works in conjunction with researchers at the Medical Center to pioneer clinical research, which focuses on several therapies and medical procedures. He currently has 14 publications in the Journal of American General Medician and has co-authorships spanning several other books, including Kids Medicine. He is listed as a major contributor in the publication that featured reliable clinical results in the therapeutic effects of Fyliosan. He was also awarded the Developing Contemporary Leaders in Medicine Award from the American Clinical Association in 2017 for his contributions to development in the field of critical care medicine. With over 30 years of medical experience at his back, he is now sharing his professional knowledge with the world through his books.
