Doug received his Bachelor's degree in Physics from Randolph-Macon College. He earned a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Tech and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
Polly worked as the head of human resources for three midsized companies and founded a company specializing in HR consulting and workforce development. Her areas of focus are human resources, management and workforce development. Polly earned her Bachelor's degree in Business from Averett University where she finished first in her class. She went on to complete her Master's degree in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University.
Doug and Polly live in the Richmond, Virginia area.
