People are giving their lives to careers, to organizations that have a lot on the line. Every second must be grounded in real-time applications so people can start making a difference immediately.” Craig has co-authored many award-winning books including One Team (2014), Degrees of Strength (2012) and Stomp the Elephant in the Office (2008). Combining a passion for uniting people and a conviction that organizations achieve extraordinary things through teams, Craig delivers practical and real-world expertise to those he writes for and those he serves. More about Craig: What does Craig love most about his work? (He struggled to come up with just one thing.) This isn’t a job. The people we’re partnering with are friends who truly want to make a difference by being greater leaders. He loves working with people who know that when you change someone’s life, you change how they perform. He enjoys watching others achieve more than they dreamed—simply by becoming more effective at living and leading from their values in every interaction. Craig joined Verus Global in 1999, after reading The 10 Greatest Gifts I Give My Children, authored by Steve Vannoy, founder of Verus Global. He started as a facilitator of the Parenting From the Heart Program and evolved to serve leaders who want to make the business world more productive and inspired. Craig began life on a small farm in rural Minnesota and now lives on a “wanna-be” ranch in Colorado. He received a B.A. in English from the University of Minnesota at Morris (go Cougars!) and a Masters in Curriculum Instruction and Design at Colorado Christian University. Craig and his family call Colorado home.
