Born in Cuba, lived in Venezuela for a couple of years and then came as a teenager to the United States. Won a Scholarship in drawing and painting in high school. Attended the Koubek Center, a subdivision of the University of Miami where I graduated as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal. Always dedicated to my children and family. Always an artist and a dreamer graduated as Dress Designer and established a business at 26, but since I had always been a practical dreamer very soon went back to lawyers and have dealt with words in a legal world until now that I have decided to deal with words in the world of romance and family matters. I am happy for the good reviews of our book. Is not only my book. My co-author, Humberto N. Paez has written four books. We have a lot more to come. Thank you for your enthusiastic support. Carmen
