Writing under C.B. Huesing, Carl Bernard Huesing is a native of Indiana who graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Electrical Engineering. After several years in industry he returned to Purdue and earned an MS degree in Business and Finance from the Krannert Graduate School of Management. He was a consultant and CPA with international accounting firms for more than ten years, the last of which he was a Principal at Arthur Young and Company. Later he was an entrepreneur in small business. Huesing has traveled the world on business and for pleasure and served four years in the Far East aboard the U.S. destroyer, USS Herbert J. Thomas, DDR 833. His avocation has been long distance running. He has completed forty 26.2 mile marathons including seven Boston Marathons. Huesing is a member of the Historical Novel Society, Florida Writers Association, and the Indiana Writers Association. He is also a member of Intertel and ScienTech.
