Her passionate drive to depend less on artificial medicines while focusing on the natural healing abilities of the human body led her to multiple experiences with natural detoxification programs as well as healthy, sustainable paths to weight loss.
Currently a daily practitioner of the 16:8 intermittent fasting methodology, she is also an ardent student of meditation and believes that emotional health is of similar importance to that of physical health.
