When I started my first year of college, I had one goal in mind and it had nothing to do with school.

I wanted to earn a spot on the U.S. National Water Polo Team.

I never imagined that my new coach would be someone I looked up to.

Someone whose entire career I meticulously followed... and someone I had a misguided crush on.

The first moment I lock eyes with Fallon Harris is the moment everything changed.

The Olympics weren’t the only thing on my mind anymore.

He doesn't feel the same because everything that comes out of his mouth is anything but admiration.

This is a fun, steamy age gap novella between a college age freshmen and her coach.
The narration is spot on and swoony. Perfect picks foe both characters. Nice, quick listen! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I picked this up because I needed a palate cleanser after reading several very long books back to back, and it was exactly what I was looking for.

This is a quick little forbidden romance that doesn’t try to do too much. Nothing is overly dramatic, nothing is wildly over the top, and for a shorter story it actually feels well balanced. The coach/student-athlete dynamic gives it that forbidden edge, but the conflict and drama felt surprisingly realistic.

The romance was hot, the pacing moved well, and I never felt like the story was trying to cram an entire novel’s worth of plot into a novella.

I’m not particularly familiar with water polo, but that didn’t matter at all. It worked perfectly well as a general sports romance.

I could easily see this becoming a series, and there was enough going on with the side characters that I wanted more. The ending also felt like it might be setting something else up, though it’s possible it’s just a tie-in to another book.

Either way, I’d absolutely recommend this as a quick read. The audiobook was also really well done in duet narration.

It was the perfect short read.. I do wish it was longer but I really enjoyed it. This was definitely a 5⭐️ read for me

My first 🎧book by this author and it was pretty good except it could’ve been perfection had the ending been a true HEA with a wedding, babies and so much more! For that reason only I don’t give a perfect review. I loved that it was a duet narration book, Avery was good but Sean Masters has a HAF voice that has me melting for that yummy scratchy voice.😍 Is it worth a credit? Oh yes💋

this was a nice story. it could have been longer though. if it was double the length it would have been perfect. more detail and time taken would have been great. the narrators were perfect. I love that this was a duet. I recommend this book. it was simple and quick. HEA
