Mind blown, I am here thinking, why, how could you, and oh no K.G. Reuss, you didn’t! Oh yes, she did, and just when the going was good for Bianca Walker and her Kings, the worst was behind them, and everything is going in the right direction, the rug gets pulled out from under their feet, with twists and turns you never saw coming. And that ending, savage indeed, just diabolical, an ending that hits you in the heart, heartbreakingly hard, and the pain is raw and real. Words of wisdom came earlier in this series, to be careful of who trust, and they never should have let their guard down, because sometimes the enemy is closer than you think. Intentionally kept vague, because it is best going in not knowing and to experience the wild ride at the moment, and be sure to hold on tight and prepare to be amazed. The drama is non-stop in this fast-paced and powerful story, and the deception and betrayals are mind-boggling, leaving you wanting to know more. The complexity of this multi-layered story continues, as does the phenomenal writing, plot, world-building, character growth and development, too. K.G. Reuss, thank you for another sizzling hot and amazing story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 This multi-cast production performed in duet is superb, and these fabulously talented voice artists, Blair Thatcher, Joe Arden, Jameson Adams, Liam Dicosimo, Devon Ryder, and Anthony Palmini, continue to perform brilliantly. Their portrayal of these characters is spot on, with voices that are fitting, accents and all, sounding believable and just as I imagine the characters to sound. They have been consistent with their character voices and performances throughout the series, growing in their roles as their characters grew. And let’s talk emotions — they expertly conveyed all their characters’ emotions and had you feeling each one. Their versatility and talent truly shone in their performance, a performance that is entertaining and keeps you glued to the story.

Goodness, that cliffhanger! Lol. I was not prepared for it! B is certainly a queen in the making, though, and I can't wait to see how she's gonna turn this world on it's axis, her men standing beside her. Hell hath no fury like a queen scorned. Their enemies would do good to remember that.

Once again, I'm impressed with the way the characters are portrayed by the narrators. My only complaint is that of the way the Horseman were done in this novel. Their portrayal didn't feel authentic to the characters we love so much. These aren't side characters, they are beloved and come from their own novels, and I wasn't impressed by their portrayals here. Other than that, no complaints. So beyond ready for the next book!!

Absolutely loved Savage Little Queen by K.G.
Reuss! This is probably my favorite so far in the Bolton Book Series. Blair Thatcher, Joe Arden, Jameson Adams, Devon Ryder, Anthony Palmini, & Liam Dicosimo were amazing as usual. I couldn't stop listening the narration was so good. I can't wait for the final book in the series.

Just when you thought things were looking stable for the characters, KG comes and smashes right through it. Story wise, we have a hell of an ending to this one that leaves us wondering what will happen to everyone and questioning all we think we know. This series is and remains one of my all time favorites. I love the angst, the emotion, the character growth KG cultivates in this one. These characters are coming into their own and I can’t wait to see how they deal with where they are left.

Everyone has some decisions to make about who they are loyal to and what exactly that means. But even then…can everyone Bianca loves be trusted?

The audio for this one is great as well. The emotions that were elevated in the previous book carry into this one which picks up right where the last one left off. We get to see the aftermath of the attack and just what Drake had planned…not that it makes the drama surrounding his actions any less. Adding in the side characters and the need for voice changes to identify them, the narrators to a good job in doing so.
