This book is a very quick, steamy, adventurous and romantic read. The narration is superb and will keep you entertained. I love this author's style of writing. I have read numerous books by her and look forward to reading more! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

a married couple get stranded on a island after an emergency landing. it was sweet and scary at the same time. there's a surprise to the story but it makes it believable also. narration was good.

Lottery Losers by Lucy Felthouse is a decent, quick listen, coming in at just over two hours. It's the story of Susie and Peter, recent lottery winners. Susie has become bored with life and Peter's lack of attention recently. Peter notices this and decides to take her away on a vacation. Unfortunately, things don't go as expected and their plane has to make and emergency landing. I don't want to give anything away since this is such a short listen, but I was just bored listening to this novella. It seemed like all Susie and Peter did after landing was have sex. I was hoping for a bit more of a plot.

Poppy Jay Fox did a good job narrating this novella. She handled both Susie and Peter's voices well and it was easy to follow along with her. I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher for an honest review.

Lottery Losers: A Steamy Romance Novella was a good quick read by Lucy Felthouse. Susie and Peter won the lottery jackpot and now have everything that they ever dreamed of. Susie finds that she's bored of her new leisure lifestyle. Peter decides to take a trip to bring back Susie's happiness. Unfortunately the trip doesn't go exactly as planned. I can't wait to read more by Lucy Felthouse.

I enjoyed this story. It truly shows that money cannot buy happiness and the best laid plans can fail. Built on those two sayings, Suzie and Peter play out a best laid plans gone awry. I really enjoyed the relationship between Suzie and Peter. The stressors really changed how they acted towards each other. This story took popular sayings and brought them to life.

Poppy Jay Fox narrated this story well. She was a bit slower than I prefer. She has an easy to listen to voice. Ms Fox was able to bring out the best and worst of the characters. Overall, 5his was a fun listen.

This is a quite enjoyable and very steamy story. It is a tale of how to deal with what one of the characters describes as a "first world problem." A married couple has won some incredible amount of money in the lottery, has bought everything they wanted and traveled all over the world. One spouse, Susie, is now bored. She is fortunate to have Peter, her husband and true partner in life, who comes up with his own plan to bring his wife out of her malaise. Complications follow.

I don't want to give away any spoilers beyond what's in the book description. This story was well written, though I noticed a few technical problems that probably wouldn't bother too many other people besides myself. It was a lot of fun to listen to, and I was really impressed with how loving (both emotionally and physically) the couple's relationship was. There are plot twists and surprises to keep things moving along.

Poppy Jay Fox did an excellent job with the narration and voices, and definitely added to my enjoyment of the whole production.

If you crave a quick, hot and entertaining read about a married couple who won the lottery and how it changed their lives, this audiobook is for you. There is suspense, romance, love, and mystery. The narration is good and will keep you engaged.

Did you ever think about how your life would change if you won a huge lottery prize? Suzie now has it all but she is so bored with the "good life". Her husband Peter senses her discontent and whisks her away on a secret escape. He won't tell her anything. But things don't turn out anywhere near what he so carefully planned for and now they are in survival mode. I don't want to give away the fun and creative plot here, but they find themselves in a situation where all the money in the world won't help them. But suddenly their lives are simpler and they are certainly not bored. You will love this novella, and the narration in the Audible version is perfect. Short and wonderful, with some steamy scenes and snappy dialog.

I thought this would be way more erotic than it is but it was an interesting story that held my attention from the beginning all the way to the end. I liked the characters although it's hard to feel bad for or relate to a housewife who won lots of money in the lottery and is bored because she doesn't have to work. Poppy Jay Fox did a great job narrating this story.

Lottery Losers is the story of a husband and wife who have grown restless and bored in their new lives. When the husband cooks up a secret plan to bring them back together things take some unexpected turns. I think this story is a good concept but in the Audio experience I had trouble tracking on some things so would have liked to have the book for reference. Overall I think it’s a good story but not one I’d read again.
