Intense Love Story!!!

Wow, this book was intense. I really enjoyed this book as it has the heat as well as the story line. The only thing that was hard
for me to like this book was that the narrator did both the male and female roles. I would have liked to have the female done by another narrator as sometimes I was a bit confused to whose part of the story I was listening to whether is be Selena or Rafael's. This was the first time I have read a story for this author and will not be my last.

I really enjoyed this book!💜

Great story & wonderful characters. I really enjoyed the fact that this book is appropriately titled and it was more about the chase. That being said, although this story has an HEA, it’s left open enough for supporting characters to have their own story.
The narration was good, and I love Rodney’s voice but I’m still having trouble distinguishing between his male & female characters.
If you’re looking for a Dom-Sub storyline you might be disappointed, there was more talk than action in this book. For me, I was totally fine with how this story played out and I expect this is only the beginning.
I recommend this book!

Amazing!

This one will blow your mind! It has a mixture of everything that will keep your attention until the last word and wishing for more! It was so well written and kept giving. Rodney Falcon is a fabulous narrator! His voice along will suck you right into with what is taking place in the story and you will think you are right there with the characters wanting to take part. I loved it! Where is the ten star button?

Great Story & Narration🎧 Exciting, Heartfelt & Hot

Jax Hart pens another great story with interesting storylines that grabbed my attention right from the start and held it straight to the end. The characters are complex and well developed. Selina came to New York with dreams of making it big as a singer, but that has not happened yet and seven years later she is making her money walking dogs. One day she runs into a man on the sidewalk and spills her latte all over him. She looks up to apologize to see the fuming face of one of the biggest players in the city, Rafael is infamous for his arrogant and man whoring ways and Selina does not want to give him the time of day. But Rafael has other plans and puts those plans in action to find out who she is and where she lives. The chemistry between the two was electric, he is an alpha Dom but she is not submissive and he is determined to make her one, make her his. I loved how their story played out, the cat and mouse chase, the twists with her roommate and how Selina and Rafe get caught up in mafia business. There is never a dull moment in this book, there is plenty of drama, angst, some suspenseful moments, emotional ones and some hot romance. Jax Hart, thank you for another great story!

I listened to the Audible edition, Rodney Falcon is a terrific narrator and voice performer. He brings these characters and their story to life, giving them their voices and personality. You could hear how much heart he puts into his work as he projects the characters emotions and passion into his performance. He is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another great listen🎧

Fast and Intense Story

This story had me from the beginning. The h was head strong and feisty. The H was controlling and dominant. I have always liked Jax's books and this one is no different. It was a great listen. I have listened to quite a few books narrated by Rodney Falcon lately and as usual he did an amazing job and I really enjoy listening to his voice.
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Good story!

Jax did a good job keeping you on your toes! So many twists and turns! And Rodney always does great with the narration! If you like mobsters and dominate men, this is a story for you!

Intriguing hot mystery!

Oh my! I found The Chase to be a delicious steamy hot story! The story was full of intriguing exciting mystery danger and suspense that kept me captivated to the very end! These strong interesting characters with addictive smoking hot chemistry along with their intriguing story really made it a very exciting enjoyable audiobook! I also thought the narrator Rodney Falcon did a fantastic job! I absolutely recommend this audiobook to anyone looking for a fantastic story!

Hot steamy enemies to lovers story

I asked to receive this free review Audible book and wrote this unbiased review. Jax Hart sure knows how to write a story that will capture your attention and then your heart. Leave it to a spilled coffee cup to bring two broken souls together, but this romance will take time to develop. Rafael is dominant, wealthy, a playboy and finds Selina intriguing and attractive. Selina is independent, feisty, hard working, and doesn't want to be another notch on Rafael's belt. The banter between them is funny and priceless. This story will have several twists and turns and will even have mafia darkness.

Rodney Falcon does an amazing job of portraying the emotions and personalities of these characters. His storytelling ability brings the story to life and pulls the listener into this story. I highly recommend this Audible book. It will be one that I will definitely listen to again.

She knows how to push all his buttons!

Rafael is hard, determined and unbending. Selina is feisty, independent, and out spoken. Their dark romance puts the reader through the emotional wringer. Their spark is instantaneous. She ignites his fire within but all she wants is to see him burn. This story is steamy and addictive and I love the character crossover from Jax Hart's Creed MC series.

Another successful collaboration between Jax Hart and Rodney Falcon. Rodney's amazing voice makes each one of Jax's wonderful characters resonate.
