Judicial decree
This was an interesting book where people can become slaves for debt. A lot of sense in this book. Rick McFadden did a good job with the narration. I received this free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review

Kept Awake At Night!
I planned to listen to this to put me to sleep, but Rick McFadden is an excellent narrator, and kept me up listening to the whole book. The story itself, maybe unbelievable, girl sold to clear a debt, but the graphic details were so good, I could actually imagine scene told.
I liked it a lot. Definitely a keeper in my library.

Interesting concept
I am looking forward to listening to others in this series, if several of these short stories were sold as box sets, similar to how "bound for the tour" was released, they might generate more readership.

Excellent, Amazing, Wonderful
The book is an amazing work of art, so I'll turn to the reading...
WOW. This is the best audio book I've ever listened to. The narrator, Rick McFadden, reads like he is telling the story from his own head, like it's something that happened to him. Amazing. A very very enjoyable listen and highly recommended for all.
I'll definitely try to check other books read by this guy and written by this author.

Fear Trumps Pride
A BDSM novella of the non-con variety where two very different women are sold into slavery because, in the case of one, her husband and the other, her father got into debt. One is a rich, spoiled housewife with no regard for anyone but herself and the other is a sweet young virgin.
This story is not the vanilla safe, sane and consensual variety because the women are purchased to provide sexual gratification to a man who gets his pleasure by inflicting pain, both physical and mental to women who can do nothing to stop him, something you must keep in mind. However, the story is well written and steamy but not as imaginative as it could have been. The story is about the training of two new purchases, two heroines both treated differently by their master but both totally subdued. Overall, it was an interesting introduction to the series.

A great start
Book one of the By Judicial Decree series is a great introduction to this series. We are introduced to Caine and his perverse world.
Caine is a fantastic character and his methods are cruel and degrading. A fantastic listen and highly recommended!!
