Great book! Still good to listen to but I want the physical book now!
I read the first book last year or was it the year before?!? I wanted to focus on 2023 to become Sharper. I really am happy that Sanjay created this new program to accompany his initial book about becoming Sharper. I’m looking forward to starting this plan now after I have heard it.

Fantastic and extremely useful
Keep Sharp was an excellent, informative and eye-opening book, and 12 Weeks continues in that vein with extremely useful information. The program that he outlines here is absolutely exceptional and anyone who reads this book can’t help but make their life better by implementing these suggestions.
I’m a comedian and performed at an event where Dr. Gupta was the MC, and he’s an exceptionally nice, humble down to earth guy.

Repeat information nothing new
